Knowing that it was going to be a hot day today. I decided to run in the AM. So at 4:50 I was out of bed. At 5:05, I was out the door. I find it easy to run in the mornings. No coffee or nothing. Just get up and go!.... getting up is always the hard part :) ... once I get past that, I'm ok.
6 miles today at an easy pace.
